- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.
- High-volume periods may require an additional processing window; however, all orders will be fulfilled as expeditiously as operational capacity permits.

- Platinum is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- Once a package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transit lies with the carrier.
- In the event of a lost or significantly delayed shipment, customers should contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided.
- Platinum will assist in filing carrier inquiries when necessary, but replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
6. Order Changes and Address Modifications
- Modifications to an order (including address changes) must be submitted within 1 hour of purchase.
- After processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
